We do not offer refunds for:
- Custom-designed components made to client specifications
 - Products damaged due to improper use or installation
 - Requests made beyond the 7-day window after delivery
 - Electrical parts and wiring harnesses that have been unsealed or tested by the customer
 
4. Refund Process

In many cases, we may offer a replacement or repair instead of a refund, especially if the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our side (e.g., wrong or faulty product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
 - If the return is due to customer change of mind or error, the customer will bear the return shipping cost (if return is approved).
