1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened cosmetics or skincare products

  • Used perfumes or sprays

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

4. Refund Method

After reviewing and approving your return:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5โ€“7 working days

  • You may receive a refund via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Store Credit (for future purchases)

    • Cash (if applicable and agreed upon)


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch at no cost.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. You must follow the return process if eligible.
